Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable.

Returns may not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or misuse.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund.

Once your request has been approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email. You can download and print the label, attach it to your package, and send the item back using the instructions provided.

Please do not return items without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

After your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions for returning your item.

Returns should only be sent using the return label and instructions provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Cost

We offer free returns for eligible items returned within the 30-day return period.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or style, you may return the eligible item within the 30-day return period and place a new order separately.

Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, returns may not be accepted for:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without original tags or labels where applicable
Items returned outside the 30-day return period
Items marked as non-returnable before purchase
Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied
